In my previous position as an administrative assistant in an IT Firm, I worked with a team of web developers, content creators, and graphic designers. Our team singled out steps within our registration process to highlight any setbacks.
I collaborated with programmers to re-code and test a new registration process that was simpler and faster for customer onboarding. While our team meetings would always start on time, they took additional time eating into working hours. Sadly, we hardly ever stuck to the main plan and constantly deviated and derailed the primary purpose of the meeting.
As a team leader, I suggested we include a ten-minute brainstorming session at the end of each meeting to help us improve the effectiveness of the team.
