With my IT background, I researched and felt that an appropriate solution would be to integrate a software application to automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency. Thanks to selfless collaboration from my team, we managed to contain both fires. Though the fire destroyed a lot of property, there were no casualties or deaths reported in both incident.

I create a deadline for each part, ensuring I start with the most time-consuming task. Dividing up tasks helps me identify the skills and gauge if the budget is enough to complete the project. It also helps me determine the responsibilities to delegate to my team to ensure there’s no workflow interruption. Being organized is the best tool to prevent burnout and deliver on time.
